Who We Are
Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We’re located right next door to Thirwood Place retirement community in a residential neighborhood just off Exit 8 of the Mid-Cape Highway. Our building is set back from the road on a wooded lot with a big front lawn.
We’ve been caring for people in the South Yarmouth area for more than 30 years, providing top-quality, personalized care in a warm, homelike setting. In fact, we’re the only skilled nursing facility on the Cape that offers five different levels of care: adult day health care, short-term rehab, long-term care, respite care, and hospice services.
We’re locally run and staffed by caring and attentive South Yarmouth-area healthcare professionals. And we’re backed by Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest, nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts. That gives us a tremendous advantage: access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services.
